LIMITED WARRANTY

These products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (this does not apply to drill bits). During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product(s) will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at our option, without charge for either parts or labor at the location specified below. The purchaser shall bear all shipping, packaging and insurance cost to the specified address. The warranty shall not apply to the product if its condition indicates that it has been misused, abused, or altered in any way.

SHIPPING

We ship by way of UPS & USPS. There are ten shipping methods to choose from. UPS Ground Commercial and Residential, with guaranteed day definite ground delivery to every address within the 48 contiguous states, 5-7 business days. UPS Next Day Air, with guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 am, noon or end of the next business day, depending on destination. UPS 2nd Day Air, with guaranteed on-time delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day two-day delivery. UPS 3 Day Select, with guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states. USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate to all 50 states (2-3 business days), and Priority Mail Flat-Rate insured with delivery confirmation. First-Class Mail for small items weighing 13 ounces or less (1-3 business days). Canada, Mexico and all International orders have a choice about the shipping method to use. Either UPS Worldwide Express or USPS Express Mail International Flat-Rate (5 business days, insured with tracking) or Priority Mail International Flat-Rate (6-10 business days, not insured and no tracking). Shipments are generally made within one (1) business day following the receipt of an order. All UPS charges are added using the UPS Calculator. One dollar ($1.00) is added for packaging. There is also a choice for local pickup (no shipping charge) for customers who are in the area.

PAYMENT METHODS

For online or phoned in orders we accept the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, VISA and PayPal payments. We also accept personal/business checks and money orders, however, orders will be held until checks clear.

TAX

Orders shipped within California are charged 8.75% sales tax.

GIFT WRAP

Items can be gift wrapped with a message attached for a charge of five dollars ($5.00) per item. This option is available at checkout.
